Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Krazy at krazybuild.com. By creating an account or using Krazy, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Krazy.

1. What Krazy does

Krazy lets you build websites by describing them to an AI. Each instruction you send to the AI counts as one message.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18, or have a parent's or guardian's permission. Keep your login safe — you're responsible for activity on your account.

3. Plans and billing

• Free: 20 messages per month.
• Starter: $10/month for 30 messages per month.
• Pro: $30/month for 120 messages per month.
• Pro Plus: $50/month for 250 messages per month.
• Yearly plans cost 10 times the monthly price and include the same monthly message allowance.

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe. Unused messages don't roll over. Prices may change; we'll tell you before a change affects your next renewal.

4. Upgrades, downgrades and cancellation

Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You can cancel anytime from your account; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.

5. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and we don't give partial refunds for unused time or messages, except where the law requires. If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us through the support page and we'll look into it.

6. Your content

You own the websites you create and the text, images and videos you add. You give Krazy permission to store, process and display that content only so we can run the service. You're responsible for having the rights to anything you upload or link.

7. Acceptable use

You may not use Krazy to build or host sites that:

• are illegal, fraudulent, or scams;
• impersonate others or are used for phishing;
• spread malware or spam;
• contain hate speech, harassment, or sexual content involving minors;
• infringe someone else's copyright or trademark.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

8. AI-generated results

Krazy uses AI, which can make mistakes. Websites are provided "as is" — please review your site before sharing it. We don't guarantee that results will be error-free or fit a particular purpose.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Krazy isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are significant, we'll let you know. Continuing to use Krazy after an update means you accept it.
